Overall NOT WORTH IT - DANGEROUS This is a dangerous place. I have called the coporate office to complain, you should too, talk to Mike Sciarrino. This genius is the one who can claim credit for all of the leaks in the windows.

Not too shabby Have been living here over 1/2 year. Overall quiet and nice place to live. No very big complaints. I had to get maintenance to fix 1 thing and they did it same day! Only problem wit that is that they did it when I wasn't home, so they entered the house w/out me even knowing

its okay well the kids are very annoying and do run around without any parents caring where they are.. they dig big holes in the volley ball court and leave their nasty socks and trash in the sand. and when the grown ups really do want to play volley ball the little kids sit in your way on the sand

Do not Live here Unfortunately this is the only large apt home community in JOnesville. This is a wonderful little town, but this complex attracts the scum buckets of society. People have been robbed in here and the complex wont do anything because they are on section 8. Why kick out the govt

Overall well worth it. Great apartment in a nice area. My only complaint would have to be that the staff changes quite a bit. Its a corporately owned and as such staff gets shuffled alot. I've lived here a year and in that time the entire staff has changed three times. That can be frustrating.

Great place to call home I have lived here since November 2004. First thing's first: Really quiet 1 & 2 Bedroom units. 3s and 4s depend on who you live next to. Parking is ample (like 10 spaces per resident) Pool is quiet, Fitness center is never full, Business center is nice with Word, Color
