Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
pretty spacious apts. nice sized balcony. great windows. i get sugar ants once in a while, but they spray for roaches. hallway corridors arent air conditioned. there is no guest parking. lots of families. tiny but adequate gym. friendly people. a lot of foreclosures are going on in the building, so just make sure whoever you rent from is financially stable.
