for over a week there was a cement truck running under my balconey, for two weeks there has been a screen company going from apartment to apartment drilling holes with a heavy, loud drill, there are two dobrerman pincers across the hall that bark night and day very loudly; last evening someone caleed the police and they witnessed for themselves these very loud distrubing dogs. this complex has very rude people and the management does nothing to provide a quiet and peaceful living condition. I would strongly suggest not renting here.
