Years at this apartment: 1989 - 1992
We've had a great time there because the place has been fully renovated a few months before we've moved in. Nice hood, lots of young and good looking neighbords, sand volley-ball, BBQ at the pool, just like to be on vacations in a caribbean hotel.
In 2004 Lennar have bought the spot and they'll build a couple of high-rise towers next year or so. If you're thinking on Casa Marina get ready to pack again shortly.
