way to much noise and tenants dont care about property From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I felt as if the lobby was a trick to get you in. Its so pretty and cool and comfortable. Then the hall ways are hot no air -- the apt walls you can hear everything next door. You can hear the conversation on balcony like if people were in your room. the tenants are low class they keep balconies full of junk
