The overflow parking lot has no security and the police department has advised me that approximately 3-5 cars are broken into on a monthly basis. Ours was stolen. North Bay Landing looks the other way when you complain about the lack of security, outdoor lighting, flooding, broken glass everywhere. In short, it's a nightmare.

Good luck if you have two cars and want to live at North By Landing.
