We had a good time

Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1994
It has been 10 years since we've moved out, been there from 1991 to 1994. After the property name changed from Flamingo to N Bay Landing they've done a major renovation at the ground floor, including a "villa" and everybody was happy. My 2 years old daughter used to play at the pool and playground without a problem. Actually the building was quite empty, over 80 vacant apartments at that time, all of them 2 bedrooms 2 bath. Now seems they have changed the floor plan and there are some studios and 1 bedroom apts. I've heard the place is big boxy mess now. It's shame, we've enjoyed that place and made good friends there. As for the management, I've heard that a central-American 'lady' pretending to be north-American has a very arrogant behavior. It used to be different when we lived there, a couple of new yorkers fine women treat us just right: we had new painting and carpet replacement every lease renew, frig was replaced 15 minutes after been asked for. Used to be very professional.
