Big Inconvience

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We lived there from January 02 to January 04.
The first week at North Bay Landing, now called Grand View Palace, you enjoy your view of the bay and the nice lobby entrance. Then you find yourself having to close your balcony doors 95% of the time due to the air conditioner noise on the roof and the teenagers yelling on the balcony. But the worst part is that this huge building, made up of 500 units, has a gran total of 4 elevators. Keep in mind that one is always reserved for moving. Plan an extra 15 minutes everytime you decide to leave your apartment. You WILL end up waiting for the elevator. Then you can find your self talking with all the other tenants about how ridiculous this is. But if your young, roudy and looking to have a good time. This might be the place for you.
Good Luck.
P.S. If you hear people yelling out their balconies at around 2:00 am. It's probably coming from unit 2010
