Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Building is mismanaged horribly, they cannot pay their contractors, and the building is up for major assessments as soon as the owner unloads his share of the building - I rent here and am leaving after 1.5 years - friends have bought here (despite my advice) , and are selling asap
