Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We're here over one year and enjoy living at GVP. We especially like it for the convenience to South Beach, without having to spend the high costs of South Beach. Downtown Miami is an easy trek over the causeway to I-95. It can only get better as the developer sells out and the owners take over.
