What this person wrote is the absolute truth. I've lived at North Bay Landing for 2 years and although the views were terrific from my large apartment, the noise level from tennants, the poor state of hallways, trash chute and never ending elevator problems and especially the very steep yearly increase made it a nightmare. They also have subsidized housing for low income families on floor 4 and 5 which opens the door to some very unpleasant situations at times...
