This is a condo conversion. As such we have just in the last month removed the Developer controlled board and have replaced his management company with CPM, one of the best company's in south florida for maintaining large condominiums.. 532. We sustained over $2 Million damage from Wilma and we have fixed over 70% of the damage, replacing the roof, the broken windows and pool ( which was struck by a tornado during Wilma). We are optimistic for our futures and our now rising values. Come see for yourself
