Don't even think of moving to this building.

I would like to inform to you all that I have lived in Miami for almost 5 years and I moved here and there but the worse place I have ever live is in this building "THE GRANDVIEW PALACE", I just try not to think about it cause I have like 10 months to go until my contract expires, and believe me, I will run from that building. Reasons why: Since the first day you move in, there is no collaboration with the elevator that is designated for you to move, people just get in and use the elevator and you have to go to the floor where they left it since it has been locked so only that person who is moving in or out can use this one. The people who works at the lobby don t care about it and they just say "You have to be careful, people do that all the time" that is not an answer, do something about it.
Talking about the front desk, there is only one lady that is very nice, the old lady is the worse of all, she is rude not polite AT ALL, and she swears in front of people. The mailing room is filthy as well as the stairs, besides they smell like dog poop and cigarettes. By the way, there are four elevators, which usually two are broken if your lucky there will be two working cause most probably it will be only one.
Somebody broke month and a half ago the security door to get into the elevator area, and it has not been replaced. The mirror of one of the elevators is broken because someone shot at it with a gun, YES A REAL GUN. Police is always in the building, I don t know if I should be grateful for that or extremely worried. Parking areas are incredibly filthy.
And last but not least because it is the worse part of all, administration office employees, they are extremely RUDE, always with buts; don t help you with any of your situations.
The funniest part of all this is that to get in to this condo is even worse that trying to have an interview with the Pope, including landlord process and board of Directors interview, credit checking, phone calls to your jobs. Supposedly they are screening the people who are going to live in this building but I don t see any screening.
I would like to see big changes in this building. Oh and these might sound stupid but it is almost the end of January and Christmas Ornaments and Christmas Tree are still there, of well must be that they are going to save time and leave it they way it is for this December.
I forgot to mention, do not even try to go inside the super store located downstairs, if you walk in you will never get rid of the greasy/fried smell of your skin and clothes
