I dont seem to understand why so many people are complaining bout the GVP. I have been living here for 2,5 years and would not change it for anything. The pool is huge, views are breathtaking, apts are spacious with split floorplans and the stff is more then polite and helpful. I never had a problem w/ noise or any insects like some people posted. Maybe their houses need to be cleaner. I can recommend cleaning services if they can afford it!

Parking spots are covered and assigned and gated. Extra parking spot is only $50 a month! nowhere in miami can you find such affordable parking. This is for those who allegedly get mugged when they park 2 blocks away from the building!

Bottom line is that you live on a gorgeous island between Collins avenue nd biscayne blvd right next to miami beach. Accesible, easy to find with hair salon restaurants in the area.

Love it and highly recommend it!

jajajaja you are prbably one of those jews that own the building!! don't lie to yourself. They still haven't fixed the windows that got borken from the hurricane!!! You can even see it from the causeway. And if you have been there that long, you would know, that their emergency lights in the stairs dont even work, And that you usually have to wait more that 15 min. for the elevator!! dont lie!!!

Obviously "Lovethegvp" works for Grand View Palace. No one would write something as ignorant as "I can recommend cleaning services if they can afford it!" or "This is for those who allegedly get mugged when they park 2 blocks away from the building!" While I think Rockerita's "Jews" comment is in absolutely vile taste, the truth is on Rockerita's side - the windows are still unfixed, the elevators don't work, the pool leaks, the structure is unsound... "Lovethegvp" is a shill for the owners, the developers or someone intimately involved in ownership or management of Grand View Palace and shouldn't be trusted to tell you the truth. Disregard their obvious untruths.

Wow that is so untrue. The place is nice. For the price of rent I pay I can not ask for much more. Where can you rent on the Bay for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath over 1000 sq feet for $1350.00 per month. Also I only put one month security and first month. Something is wrong with you. I find it okay not great but it is clean and safe.
