Pros:
-great view if you live above 9th floor
-management is improving; I don't know about the people who bash the management staff but i've found them icluding the security staff to be helpful and generally polite if you are in the way you approach them too
-great price for decent sized apts in a nice location
-hallways are cool and clean these days (at least my floor)

Cons:
- noisy kids, a few low class residents, "dopey" neigbours.
- elevators sometimes a pain in the **s.
-laundry facility not inside unit (would be nice if they had the hook up in each unit)although never had a problem getting my laundry done in the laundry room on each floor
- backdoor access/garage access prone to abuse and damage

but then again, there'll always be a few bad apples within a good bunch so for people that complain too much, it's either bad luck on their part or they are expecting a little too much. Unless you live in "utopia," expect some problems, its not a perfect world!
