Lets see where do I start, from my move in date I have found this building and its employee's to be rude and unwilling to work with renters. Maybe they might give you more respect if you bought one of the condos, I can tell you I thank my lucky stars that I didn't make a huge mistake.
Issues: elevators work ever once in a while laundry machine is broken (2 months and still not fixed) Parking sucks Leaks in Hallways Dirty Rude Staff from the mail man to the leasing offices. Getting something repaired (Do it yourself) its not worth the time and hassle to get someone in this building to do there job. On going garage rehab project, more like lets just make alot of noise and leave a mess everywhere.
This building sucks, I cannot even begin to tell you how bad it is, just pass up this building dont waste your money on rent.

Yes, some of us that recommend do live in the building. I probably will be of the same mind set as you if i am having similar problems but other than elevator issue, I have lived here as a renter with not many problems. I guess it depends on what floor you are on especially with shared facilities like washer and dryer. The security and concierge staff and as bad in my opinion and i've needed help from the management office and got it promptly. Compared to some of these over-priced condos in south beach which have even worse management, i think this place is still reasonable.

Honestly I dont think that you can say that the management office and concierge staff are helpful in any way. I actually tried to talk to the parking lot manager (lady with white/blonde hair) I couldnt get past her pit bull of a secretay she wouldnt even see me. Its reasons like this that make me sick to my stomach about this place. What type of manager doesnt talk to there tennants when they have a problem. I dont even have a problem putting people out on blast like this because its rude and unexceptable in my opinion to treat people the way they do in this building.
More Issues:
roaches in the hallways
vehicles towed when there in the correct spaces
jacuzzi never works
tennants throwing all kinds of items out their balconies
