This place is horrible!!!
The elevators never work, they always scratch your car in the parking lot, the staff is rude, I was there during hurricane wilma, the emergency stairs don't have even lights, there's leaks everywhere, the pool didn't work for months. IT'S A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. And something I notices during the hurricane, the construction is very unsafe, you could never find concrete support walls or columns!! it's all glass and fake carboard.
