Poor conditions, poor service for repairs, 560 units most days ony 2 out of 4 elevators working, security has no clue whats going on in a building this size, parking if assigned is usually taken by someone else, dogs poop in common areas, no respect for resident from staff, night shift security sleeps at the desk, the mail delivery person takes 4 hours to deliver mail after taking her shoes off and eating and this is apparently ok with the management, they watch her do it,

I rent in this building and there is 506 apartments. They just upgraded the elevators, True security is staff is cranky but they don't let you in if you don't live here. That is what you want if you are a tenant. No dog poop in hallway there is outside of the building in the common areas where doggie day care is but not in the building. Your mail is not delivered to you. You have to go pick it up at the front desk. So wrong.
