Terrible. Management is disorganized, except to snatch your security deposit at the end. Elevators always broken. Pool was closed when my relatives from Europe were visiting. Parking is a nightmare. Often urine in the stairwells. Apartment was entered without my permission or notification. Glad to be free!!!

Wow, I found it to be just the opposite. Pool is open and the Hot Tub is great. Got my security deposit back with no problem. So what did you damage?

Are you working for them? It's just a fact that the pool was closed and is closed often. The hot tub was broken. The building does not have enough elevators. Many people are complaining constantly about the elevators. It is NOT a normal situation. According to current building codes, that building would not be allowed to be built without several issues addressed, including another tower of elevators. Also, to anyone that is about to make the mistake of renting there: The higher the floor, the more miserable your prison sentence will be, because some days you will have to walk all those flights of stairs, but don't take the lowest floor-- The balconies are in such a way that garbage from all the floors above you floats down on to your patio. My friend had one of those and a lot, lot, lot of paper, and plastic and cigarette butts where there every day. His kid would go out to play and there would be beer cans, condoms, joints, baggies from drugs, even a bra once. Look, if you just want to hide out in Section 8 style housing that costs too much, be my guest, but this website is to be honest and warn people about buildings like the Grandview Prison.
