This place looks nice when you first show up and the staff is nice, but the place is a real dumb there are roaches everywhere even in the hallway , the elevators always have problems, the building has 10000 stupid rules and the guest parking is really far away and they have at least 10 parking spaces down stairs but if you park there you get towed its only for people who want to rent this dump. The power goes out A LOT ! And they "pay" for the water how nice of them right' But the hot water lasts like 5 minutes . I regret moving here I can't wait to get out

I rent there and it is great. Best price on the water. I have no roaches, maybe you did not keep your place clean
