I rented at this place and loved it. Sorry I had to move from the area. The Staff was pleasant and it was easy to move in. I rented at Grandview Palace for three years. The place has been painted, updated elevators, pool area redone this year. Two assigned parking spaces per unit. I read what people say on this site and find it hard to believe. They must of rented from an owner. The developer is your best bet in that Building. They offer Maintance during the week. When I rented from an owner there in the building it was hard to get things fixed. So the trick is rent from the developer in the building. Lots of luck.. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Well that explains your review. Anyone that would recommend renting from the developer of Grandview Palace might be a shill for the developer. The developer is said to be the one who pocketed the HOA funds that were supposed to be used to actually fix up the place. I believe he's being sued by many of the owners. I don't think this review is on the level. And it is awfully similar in tone to another one submitted within a day of this review.

I was living in the building when the hurricane came through, and i had to move out within three months because the developers, whom everyone knew in the building took the money that was supposed to be used to fix half of the building, the pool, the 2 broken elevators. this place is the worst place I have ever lived. Do yourself a favor, don't be fooled. The developers are being sued by many owners, and as soon as you move in you will get the gossip, you can just go there and ask any resident, and they will tell you what's going on in that shady place.
