Bad Experience

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
Moved into Grandview on July, 2009. Between July and when we left,October, 2009, we had our dining room flooded 4, yes, 4 times. The Sales Manager, Patty accused my 6 year old daughter of tampering with the plastic drainage pipes under the kitchen sink. I could not believe this was their excuse for the lousey and badly maintained plumbing.
I will say that the Frond Desk Staff and the folks at the condo Assn. are very professional. The sales Office is managed by ignorant and incompetent people.
We finally had to leave and forfeit our deposit.
My best advise is to walk away from this place. There are many well managed buildings in Miami.
