This has got to be the shitiest management alive! I pay 1120 for a two bedroom and I have never been through hell as I have with this place! They tore up my carpet when I first moved in because the hot boiler exploded upstairs, they never fixed it and left my furniture all over the place with ripped carpets. Then my sink breaks down and they fix it when I am not there and dont even call me to tell me they fixed it. My magnetic key stopped working and no one is ever in the office to give me a new one. They told me that in order to get a laundry card I have to wait because they "have to program it..."lol...that is the funniest thing I ever heard. Could not do my laundry for a week because no one is in the office. Oh yeah, and don't ever have any packages sent here either because they are not ever there. Also my refrigerator leakes a bowl of water every two days and they never fixed the problem because they are never there. The location is not all that because you are between two bridges that constantly go up for every little boat and then you deal with train tracks if you decide to go to I95...which takes three miles to get to and you travel through trailer homes....The apartments are also not safe and when you park your car everyone can see you. I suggest that if you even want to buy these apartments that if you have at least a quarter of a brain ...not to, because it stinks here...hard core!
