Before you move in this place, please realize that this place used to be called Prado Bay apartments and now is called "Island Place" at North Bay Village. Just realize that before you decide to pay for a place here, there are a lot of things that you should look for. I have lived here for a long grueling 8 months and I can't wait to move out! Not only are the newly renovated apartment an ugly yolk yellow, but the parking is not situated well because everyone can see you park. There are two annoying bridges on both sides of this building that constantly go up every now and then for any little boat that goes by and there are trailer parks only one mile away from this place when you get to I95! Not only this but the water pressure does not work well in this place and my bathroom gets flooded everytime I take a bath. Just a warning for any one who moves here because I wish I was warned and I hope that I can be a help to anyone else who moves in.
