I think that those people are just scorned over something. Maybe they dont like their neighbors or maybe their rent was raised'' It's not as bad as the picture they paint! As far as what they expect, the building could use some nice plants but over all the grounds are maintained and grass is cut ... pool is clear basically if you want nice grounds,a valet parker and a door greeter then move to Brickell were you get what you pay for for a heaping $3000 per month.
There is a guard during the night, so saftey is not an issue. The common areas are not in shambles they are kept clean by the grounds keeper that also lives on the premises. If something goes wrong, all you have to do is tell her and she takes care of it with the management company. So I dont see what all the fuss is. If management is the problem then you should as your landlord to rtais the issues at the montly meetings.
