Horrible Property Management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
There is never anyone available from management. The building is not kept clean. At $1100 a month one expects for the building to be well preserved and communication with property manager in neccessary situations. Elevator is always malfunctioning. In short, Prado Bay is a beautiful building in a prime location with VERY poor management. Unfortuante for a building with so much potential.
