I lived at Treasures on the Bay for a little over two years. The place looked great when I first moved in but deteriorated significantly over the next couple of years. I went without A/C for 10 weeks during the summer of 2001. Also this past summer one of the two elevators was out for nearly 2 months. The staff and management are just incredibly smug and just have no people skills. Whatever their reasons for not repairing or maintaining the building, they don't have to make it worse by throwing a ------ attitude on top of it. AND more than two months after I moved out, I am still waiting for them to return my deposit.
