This place is absolutely disgusting!!! I moved from NYC thinking I was going to get a beautiful apartment w/ a great view, but instead I got a nasty apartment that they didn't even bother cleaning before I moved in. Sure, the model they showed me was nice and clean, but they do nothing to please the tenents after you move in. They lie and tell you they are goin to fix up the place, they have a "gym" with three pieces of equipment that does not work, they don't clean the common areas, the elevators never work, the hot water is out at least twice a week, they have roaches and rats, they never put up signs notifying residents of problems, they do not return maintainence calls. This place has been bankrupt for years and they are now selling it to a condo conversion company so they don;t have to fix up the place themselves! Don't let them trick you into thinking this is a nice place!
