Treasure on the Bay

A Positive and Enjoyable Experience, So Far... From: MiamiRenter123 Date posted: 10/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Since moving into Treasures On The Bay approximately 4 months ago, our experience has been a fairly positive one. The management staff is both attentive and approachable. The maintenance personnel are responsive and knowledgeable. And, for the most part, our fellow residents seem to be responsible, friendly, and quiet. While there is a sense of progress and improvement in the air, there is still some work that remains to be done. The boardwalk, pools, and other amenities remain in various states of disrepair. To this end, there is a constant influx of workers into our otherwise peaceful environment. It seems as if the window cleaners, painters, landscapers, pavers, fire inspectors, construction workers, etc. have all moved-in along with us... While I understand and appreciate the beautification process, I just wish that the majority of the projects would have been completed prior to allowing tenants to move-in to the building... None the less, the units themselves are clean, modern, and well-constructed. The views of downtown Miami and the intercoastal are quite enchanting, especially in the early evening. The location itself is convenient in terms of shopping, access to major roads, and schools. And, the local Police are very observant, quick to respond, and regularly patrol the island. Having lived in the Grand View Palace condominium (Which is located a few buildings down the street from ours) for a few years prior to moving into Treasures On The Bay, and experiencing the nightmares associated with broken elevators, pest infestation, rude management, and the numerous criminal elements (masquerading as tenants) which resided in our midst... I can really appreciate Treasures On The Bay... None of these issues seem to be present here... I would definitely recommend Treasures On The Bay. After all of the rennovations are completed, it truly will be a treasure...
