Belmont is the worst community

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
Your car is GUARANTEED to get towed if you live or are visting the belmont.
And pray you dont get a flat tire or need to go under the hood of your car, you will get fined.
One of the board members scrutinizes you and asks you a million questions like if you're a criminal if you go to the dumpster to dump your garbage.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to live in this horrible place!
