Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My lease is almost up and I can't wait. They have changed management from bad to ridiculous! I have just been informed that 1. My rent will increase $30, 2.They no longer will pay water (another $25-50), and 3. I will have to pay yet ANOTHER $30 for this miniscule stackable washer/dryer they have finally installed. Grand total = Approx. $100 increase in rent!! For this ghetto!! Oh, and did I mention the gangs that inhabit the local area' Who are they kidding' Don't waste your time!!!
