The management does not follow their own rules. They lose papers, they are rude, they forget what was agreed on. They did not think the garbage rolling from the broken dumpster onto the street was a bad thing. They never addressed to the tenants the dead body of a women found in the Lakes side. The parking lot is not well lit for safety or otherwise. The apartment is made deceptive in size through the model and went as far as taking the bedroom door of the hinge. The Laundry room was not ventalated or airconditioned. The windows were bolted/painted shut. Not alot of grass to be seen. Maintenance is argumentative with your problems in the apt. My self cleaning oven never self cleaned. And let me tell you about 3 in roachs in my kitchen. I never felt safe in or out of my apt. I could go on but you get the idea.
