Not really a nice place to live!

I will not be signing a new lease with the Hamptons, because I am paying a lot of rent to live in what's becoming the ghetto. When I get home from a long days work, I have to walk through a bunch of guys sitting outside in front of the building smoking. Sometimes the smell of marijuana is strong, I can't breathe! I have complained to the rent office and they have done nothing. I am also upset because my rent seems to keep going up while the Hamptons advertise new rentals at a much lower rate. It seems unfair that a loyal tenant has to pay a higher rate than a new tenant. I made three calls to the rent office regarding this and was told that the supervisor would call me back. Needless to say, I have never recieved a call.
The Hamptons was a nice place when I moved in two years ago, but I guess as management change, so does everything else.
