Let's start off by saying that this place was the pits.This was my first place and everything seemed fine when I moved in here( mind you I only lived here for 3 months!!!) Not only was my place broken into, but when I told them that I didnt feel safe here and wanted to break the lease, they made me pay 3 months rent... yup that's right. Plus when i got here they didnt even mention to me about rental insurance. So when i got robbed, i couldnt replace anything. The rental office was not helpful at all and unsympathetic. I had problems with my AC unit as well... The amount of hoodlums that live there are ridiculous.And it wasnt until after i requested to break the lease that i was told by the assistant mgr they put me in the worst section of the complex... i was so pissed!!! everything i had worked so hard for... gone... I also constantly heard the cops passing by every freaking night.. When the cops came when i called about my break in, they said they are always responding to calls in the Hamptons... Seriously, DONOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. This was the worst mistake I ever did... definitely a learning experience, the hard way.. but a learning experience nonetheless.
