Not a pleasant area!

I rented at the Hamptons from November 2008 to July 2009. The stay was not what I had in mind at all. The parking is horrible and having an infant child and living on the third floor is bad. Not to mention that everyone's children who don't live in building 1340 is on the stairway that I have to walk up. There is no playground so children play around your cars and I have had numerous scratches. Now the maintenance is bad as well, there was a leak in the closet where the water heater was and all the guy do is put duc tape over the leaking pipe! Now I have my own home and the water bill is 75% less than what I paid at the Hamptons (what a rip off). The corridors need to be more cleaned, trash pick up should be more often, the fitness center needs an working A/C unit and the leasing staff needs to put themselves in our shoes when a resident calls and ask for assistance. Instead of The Hamptons do your research and you will find something else for the same price or better.
