Gone to Hell and Kept on Truckin' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I tell ya....this place has really gone to HELL. First, they were going condo. Then they converted back to apartments. Now they changed the Management again. Gables residential took over and this place is worse than ever. The workout room has had the same dirty clothes outside the door for the last week. And, a wallet was found inside the gym with like 20 stolen identifications. On top of that, mail gets stolen, someone received my driver's license and my credit card...how nice is that'' Then, no security, nothing gets fixed, noisy, parking is insane, it is dirty. For the amount this place costs, it is not worth it. When Archstone was here, there were issues, but they have just gotten worse. Then there is a drug rehab facility in the back building that houses the patients there. And, the several stolen cars and few break ins. What more can I say accept STAY AWAY!
