I live in Parrot's Landing Phase 1. I like the layout of the apartment and the price is reasonable. The walls are very thin, you hear a lot of noise. The parking stinks, there are not enough spots and people park on the curb blocking traffic. The garbage bins are disgusting, they are always overflowing and spilling onto the street, it's an eyesore. The appliances in my unit are very old and the floors are uneven, I have sinkholes. The surrounding area is ok
