The staff is completely incompetent!! I am paying 300 dollars of my security deposit because someone was not doing their job or trained correctly. I was told by a person on staff, who no longer works there, on the day of signing the wrong information about painting the apartment. She told me it was OK to paint and I would not be responsible to pay for it being painted back upon moving out. Well, of course they charge me and because she did not tell me the right information nor did the correct procedures to have it approved I got screwed. My mistake on trusting someone to actually do there job that they were trained for correctly. It also makes me wonder if they did that on purpose because they love to charge you on anything to get the deposit money. If you want to live there make sure you have a lawyer present on the day of signing! I??m serious.
