Too many management changes, leading to unprofessionalism.

When I first moved in things were great. Over the past three years, there have been several management changes. The new management is the worst of all. The actual manager is never available, the assistant manager is a total female dog (if you know what I mean). I will be moving my family as far away from the place as possible.
