Do not suggest you move into this Apartment Complex

I lived at Parrot's Landing from 01/06 to 01/07. The minute I moved there, I knew I had made a terrible mistake but it was too late. Yes, roaches will come in to your apartment regardless you keep it spotless cleaned. The garbage chutes are always full. Noise is an issue in a lot of apartment complexes.
Three cars were vandalized on 10/06 and one of them was mine. When I called to Office to let them know about the incident, their first question was: what car do you drive' When I told them I drove a Honda Civic, their response was: That is why. I advised them that they should send something to everyone to inform them to be aware if they hear noise at night, etc. Since they never did anything, I came up with a flyer including a picture of my car (WITHOUT TIRES AND RIMS) and post it in each Mailroom box. A couple of days later, the Office copied my flyer and distributed to all the apartments. I really felt disgusted by the way they handled this.
The only person I liked in that Office was Judy. I am not sure if she still there but her customer service was good.
I do not feel this is a safe place anymore. You see cars wondering around at night time. Groups of people hanging out on the streets.
I remember one day in the middle of the night, someone pulled up the fire alarm. Then another time, the police came in to one of the apartments because of domestic violence. I also smelled marijuana from a group of guys that were hanging out in the parking lot.
When I moved out, I made sure I left the apartment cleaned. I even rented a carpet cleaner machine. After less than two weeks, I received my complete deposit back.
I am glad I am out of this place and would not suggest it to anyone!
