Been here many years and the improvements have been slow but ongoing. Whom ever the complex uses to setup the apartments are terrible. Rather than replace things they paint over it and bandaid fix sinks, stoves, and cabinets. I've seen pictures of the new black appliances and recommend you ask for them or won't get them. My stove was painted over with cheap paint that wrinkled and pealed when I used simple green to clean the first time. Under sinks the wood is rotten and nasty from water that leaked and they painted over. My bathroom door has been painted over so many times there are layers showing at move in. The roaches were bad at first but since removed and never returned. The walls have been painted so much the plugs on the wall have to be scraped clean or a plug won't stay in. Any maintinence calls are done in a timely manner if called through after hours and not through office. Office staff change often and are nice most of the time.

All I can say is this place isn't bad but not anything exciting either. If you move in with high exspectations you will be disappointed. Not a "getto" but not a "luxury apartment" either. Great place to use as a steping stone to buy a house!!!!!
