I have lived here almost 3 years, moving out as quick as I can as I will NOT be renewing the lease. I considered staying and moving in to a 3 bedroom earlier on, but I am very glad I decided against it. Mangement was rude and very unhelpful, this was part of the decision to look elsewhere. So glad I did becasue I found a house for what they wanted for a 3 bedroom. But that is not the point.
Over the years it is impossible to get them to care about anything you need for your apartment, except for their rent of course. Air conditioner has gone out I can't tell you how many times and flooded the walk in closet. All the was done was patch it up to work and place a fan in the closet. Let's just say after repeated fan dryings, the house smells moldy. Counter tops in the kitchen are just awful. I have never set anything down on them that I plan to consume. Yes, like many other postings here, there were very big roaches as well. Not to mention all of the crime recently that has recently taken place including sexual assaults. My husband has to watch me walk to my car every morning. The list goes on and on, my best advice to anyone would be to stay far away from this place unless you want to see your own episode of cops without ever turning on the TV.
