I am a professional who moved here from DC. This apartment building is horrible. It is fake luxury and the leasing office is Dr.Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, incredible transformation when you are bound to a contract. Especially a woman named Lory, rude, rude and impertinent!
My friends have to pay up to 8$ to park when they come for dinner and their gym/spa is no big deal, maybe it is for people who come from small towns!
Thank goodness my lease is up!

I wouldn't want YOU to defend ME.
I realize this is tort law, and maybe not your specialty, but, I mean REALLY...
It is VERY easy in Florida to break a lease if the conditions are as bad as you say. The key is to document, document, document. In other words, send letters of complaint detailing the problem, with dates and times, by registered mail.
Escalate the action you will take in each letter, and send at least three, spaced at least two weeks apart.
Your second-to-last letter should say something like, "If this condition is not corrected within 30 days, I will consider it as evidence that you wish me to terminate my lease."
Your third, and final letter should say something like, "Since this condition has not been corrected within 30 days as requested, I will consider it as evidence that you wish me to terminate my lease, and vacate the premises."
One key item is to NOT damage the premises, remain polite and civil in all of your dealings with anyone that is in any way associated with the property, and to be firm - but polite. If you even ONCE use obscenities, or raise your voice, YOU LOSE.
And, if the property makes a good faith attempt to work with you, respect that. Don't use this technique just to 'bail out' on a lease you decide you don't like, after the fact.
In a word: BE RESPONSIBLE, be HONORABLE. Don't lie, don't try to be a nuisance to the management.
You'll be surprised how well it works. I have done it, twice, in noisy apartment settings. All the best.
