We are pretty girls that live here but there are good looking hot guys that live here too ladies. The men got money too. The poolside is very hot and steamy especially the jacuzzi. I got free passes to go to State and it was a blast. I met an up and coming rap singer who lives at Intracoastal Yacht Club too. The place is huge , if your alone and want to meet some cool freinds rent here. Everyone in the office is so nice. Karen was very helpful when I moved in. Security was great when i lost my keys down the elevator shaft, they helped me get them.
