In response to Disappointing and Bad Manager. If you are so unhappy with apartment living, buy a house! Anyone with a little common sense should know that, apartment living comes with lots of rules and a few living unpleasantries. That's the price you sometimes pay for not having to cut your own grass, not paying property taxes, not having to put bars on your windows to stop potential burglars, etc. You can not make your own rules in an apartment community as you would in your own house. Don't blame anyone but yourself if you did not take the time to thoroughly read your lease agreement.
