looks better than it is

This place would be better if the tenants were more classy people. Moving in here, I thought there would be an abundance of young professional types, but this is far from true. Its mostly really trashy Miami people who barely speak English. That is exactly what I was trying to escape in moving to this place, but unfortunately this place is even more foreign than where I was before. So the people could use a lesson in basic social and civilization based skills that us Americans know and love. I read reviews saying that tons of single people live here. I dont see any 'singles' meeting up here and im pretty in tune to that sort of thing. That is for the most part not true, as a look at the pool on any given weekend will most prominently yield young couples and their screaming children.
Management is merely ok. They appear to behave ineptly much of the time, and lack politeness toward their tenants. The concierge is the exception -- he is a very nice fellow.
The gym is good for a building of this sort, in fact I would say its the main plus except for the fact that they are forced to play that miserable 93.1 station loudly all day, which provides severe irritation to everyone whilst working out.
The walls are fairly thin -- so dont be surprised to get complaints for playing music at a reasonable level.
On the whole, the looks of the place drew me in, but im moving out to a more 'american' place next year.
