Hi everyone,

This is the only place left on the east side of the intracoastal that is not condo. what a nice place to live. It is all sinlges, not for families here, I can tell you. We went to Nikki Beach marina the other night and it was cool with my neighbors for a resident function the building had. You gotta live here. It is a big building though. It is like a city within a city .
