Not a bad place to live but its a bit of a drive from downtown miami or lauderdale if you want to go out at night. This place would be better if it was less of a drive from the nightlife. Its a nice town, and the apartments are pretty new and nicely laid out. Many of the tenants speak spanish. A lot seem to move out often. Not really my type of commmunity, but overall nice people. The pool and gym are nice as well.
