Yup, this is it, the only nice high rise rental on the water. The cabinets are okay but the views are great !! The people are super nice and very helpful compared to the old Marina Del Mar next door. The fitness center is cool and they got a great young massage therapist too. Gotta live here before buying at these high prices.
