Intracoastal Yacht Club has a lot to offer their residents, they have a very pleasant management and leasing office staff, The maintenace department is always on top of community to make sure that it's always kept nice and clean. The maintenace request are always finished in a timely matter . well wht can i say i just love living at intracoastal , i believe it's the best decission i could have made.

Why do I find the following statement true in all the reviews I have read: ANONYMOUS RESPONSES WRITE THE BEST REVIEWS !. In this case I think the author is actually from management..trying to offset the bad reviews..

Lies Lies Lies Management is the reason i left I wonder if the spanish large mgr patty is still there . she is so impossible to deal with probably because of all the complaints when i lived there she was so nasty i never wanted to go to the office Good Luck I would never move back!!!!!
